The Embryo

Inspired by how nature and biological life take form, our current work aims to deliver a surreal bio-architecture based sculpture into your living space.

Here, “The Embryo" is one of our on-going experiments to discover and create multi-chamber unibody organic-form structures that are exceptionally challenging or almost impossible through traditional hand-crafting techniques.

In an era where pixels and bits are part of our daily life, this series is our artist's interpretation and re-imagination of how biological form & structures can be simulated in the computer.

By integrating our ZERO moss with the data obtained from structural arrangements of plant cells and protein, our scientists & designers can then materialize them into a sculptural model via plant-based biopolymer 3D printing, known as "The Embryo".
