Our shipment routes cover only Malaysia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, and Switzerland.
Why don't you ship to my country?
Every country has different rules and regulations which require different certifications. We are working with representatives from different countries to run feasibility test.
Can I / my company be your distributor / reseller?
We don't go through distributor / reseller channel because every piece of work is unique and we wish to have absolute control over the entire process so that we can better understand our clients.
I love your work! Are they for sale?
Currently, they are available only in our physical gallery or www.etsy.com/shop/terraliving

Can I visit TerraLiving Gallery?
Our gallery in Melaka, Malaysia is an exquisite construct designed by our co-founder, Raymond.
Do you have wholesale package?
Every piece of work is truly a class of its own. We don't mass produce them by lowering quality for profit. So, no, we don't do wholesale.
What about franchising?
We'd say official brand licensee. If we are both comfortable with that, we can explore more on this matter.
Where is TerraLiving based at?
A tranquil village within Melaka, a historical city recognized by UNESCO, in a wonderful country with strong cultural and bio- diversity known as Malaysia.

Did the moss produce the fog? How did you all made that happen?
Originally created for moss therapeutic experience, we used a fog condenser / fog maker / mist maker / water atomizer to pump the mist into the glass to moisten up the moss.
