🍄 About this design:
Drawing upon our past experiences working in a mycology laboratory, The Microcosm - Growth is the latest addition to our Biomorphism Collection.
Housed within a glass dome with a minimalist hand-crafted black base, a 3D-printed organic sculpture reminiscent of an intricate fungi mycelia mass filled with preserved plant materials nestles in the heart of the terrarium, emerging from a bed of ZERO Moss.
The use of 3D printing technology in the creation process pushes the boundaries of traditional art and expresses the harmonious union of technology and nature.
The inspiration behind "The Microcosm - Growth" transcends mere aesthetics. It is a celebration of the ever-evolving life of organic beings and how we may one day create synthetic life for interstellar colonization.
The sculpture within the terrarium encapsulates our thoughts and impressions of nature's perpetual growth, its unending cycle of life, death, and rebirth.
Through our "Simulated Growth" design language, we explore the growth patterns of diverse organisms at a molecular level, reflecting nature's profound complexity and beauty.
This desktop-sized sculpture with everlasting ZERO Moss is an ode to life, an exploration of organic growth patterns, and a tribute to the infinite cycle of nature.

🌳 About ZERO Moss, a kind of Preserved Moss by TerraLiving:
1) Our ZERO Mosses were cultivated in the greenhouse till their peak health, then sent into our lab for freeze-drying and preservation.
2) They look fresh, soft to touch, and lively but biologically inactive. Technically, they are NON-LIVING and won't produce fog.
3) ZERO Moss colour is the reflection of its original form achieved through its chlorophyll extraction and UV protected by our custom formulated "chlorophyll" and plant dye.
4) This is how scientist store plants in herbarium or “plant museums” for decade. We modified the method with our proprietary technology so that the moss look refreshing for our art pieces, the moment where science meets art =)
5) ZERO Moss in our official work you just purchased is designed for sculptural and display grade. NO MAINTENANCE is needed except for general wiping for a better view.
6) By nature, mosses are slightly acidic. As such, they should smell earthy and "sour" in their preserved state.
✋ Maintenance:
ZERO Moss colour is the reflection of its original form.
NEVER expose ZERO Moss to direct sunlight and NEVER spray water. Keep them in cool & dry place.
Keep indoor closed at all times, unless you're opening it for viewing.
